Special City Council Meeting today to facilitate discussion on the N6 Transport Project at 5pm.
This meeting was specially fixed by City Councillors to allow for a fuller discussion on this project and the various motions tabled by Councillors in relation to either stopping or deferring the project and further motions in relation to the protection of the Race Course and also the protection of the village envelope of Menlo/Menlough/Mionlach.
In this regard I have also included the Agenda for today’s meeting.
Furthermore just to note that the Pat Kenny Show will be coming from the Radisson Hotel in Galway tomorrow and as I understand it the second part of the show will be dealing with the N6 project.
