Day Four of Election Count Down.
Canvass continues today, this afternoon and tonight-again no rest for the wicked! As you know from the text already gone out, a canvass started at 3pm in Lurgan Park this afternoon.
Staying on the East side, the canvass is at the usual time of 6.30pm with the meeting point at Renmore Church.
On the West side the meeting point is at the top of Dalysfort Rd. (Salthill) at the shop on the left hand side.
This morning, we covered as many Churches as we possibly could including Rossaveal., Carna, Leitir Mór, Na Minna, Corrandulla, Claregalway, Oranmore, Maree and Roundstone.
In addition I am attending a public meeting in Carraroe tonight.
Yesterday and last night, we also covered a vast area including Threadneedle Rd, Kingston, Mervue, Monivea Park and from Supervalu back into the Whitestrand Park.
I know we are all tired and windswept (see photos!)but it is nearly over!
